Overview

Throughout the summer of 2024, I joined Amazon as a UX Design Intern. More specifically, I was placed onto the Amazon Photos team—a small group of people working on one central product (the mobile and desktop versions of the Photos app). As an intern, I was given a project that was much more abstract than I was expecting; instead of brainstorming and implementing a feature for the existing product, I was given a chance to bring an app concept to life. This taught me the value of working with ambiguity, and how to effectively solicit and incorporate feedback to make the best product possible.
